Phase I – The BES Phase I Environmental Site Assessment intends to satisfy the due diligence requirements of a property transaction using current ASTM standards and client specific guidelines by identifying possible environmental impairments on a particular property.
- Visual site inspection
- An assessment of current and historic land uses and practices at the property
- A review of local, state, and federal regulatory agency records maintained for the property
- A written report of all findings including recognized environmental conditions, recommendations, and conclusions.
